#NonLeagueChallenge 2017 - Premier League Legends vs Corby Town

On 30th July 2017, Marathonbet's Premier League Legends team - organised by Play With A Legend - travelled to Corby Town, winners of the 2017 Non-League Challenge. The squad, managed by Peter Reid, contained some serious talent, including Champions League winner Eidur Gudjohnsen, double Premier League winner William Gallas, Match of the Day star Danny Murphy and England legend Emile Heskey. The squad faced Corby at the height of their pre-season, and the non-league clubs fitness and match-sharpness eventually told as the club made famous by Jason Lee's downing of a supporters pint (the celebration which won them the competition) ran out 6-1 winners.
